Have you mastered all the deluxe features on your new Dacor oven?  Or are you simply overwhelmed to try anything other than "Bake"?  Not to worry, Chef Jan has designed a hands-on workshop that unfolds the mysteries of convection cooking for the novice and sharpens the skills of even the most accomplished home chef.  We provide the necessary recipes and know-how to guide students in preparing a light, seasonal meal using Dacor's convection oven.  Sign-up early!  Each class is limited to 12 students!
