Please join us for a holiday demonstration on using the Dacor convection ovens.  We explain the convection system, convection modes, and how to use your wall oven, range, or convection microwave.  Learn how to use your Dacor convection oven to make the perfect holiday meal!  Enjoy a great lunch and leave with your holiday menu and recipes.

Menu:  Hot Apple Cider, Butter Lettuce Salad with Champagne Vinaigrette, Herb Roasted Turkey, Apple Bourbon Gravy, Tangerine Glazed Ham, Blue Cheese and Bacon Twice Baked Potatoes, Andouille Sausage, Apple and Pecan Stuffing, Roasted Asparagus with Citrus Chili Butter, Blueberry Chutney, Mini Focaccia, and Almond Apple Tart
