Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.  Class will begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
Chef Stephen Hualde will show you how to prepare two 16-pound turkeys side by side in one oven.  Also learn his secrets for make-ahead side dishes and delicious "no fuss" gravy.  Class size will be limited to 20 guests.  Special Holiday Menu applies.  Please limit one holiday class per year.
