Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.  Class will begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

At this excited hands-on cooking party, guests will enjoy a lively interactive cooking demonstration featuring tips and tricks like the fastest way to dice an onion without a tear and how to make peanut sauce.  You'll even have a chance to assist the chef as they prepare an appetizer highlighting techniques that will come in handy with the other small plates.  Upbeat music sets the mood while guests break into teams and work together to prepare two additional recipes from the evening's themed small plates menu.  As each recipe is completed, guests savor the 'fruit' of their labor hot from the oven!  Please bring a bottle of wine to share.
