Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.  Class will begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
"If bacon were a vegetable, I could become a vegetarian."  Learn to cook in creative ways with artisanal bacon from Black Market Meats.  You will learn how bacon is made and you will cook a variety of both savory and sweet treats with bacon.  Of course you will enjoy all that we create at the ned of the class.
