Puff Pastry is a deliciously light, flaky pastry made from dozens of layers of specially prepared pastry dough.  Most bakers would never attempt the process, but using Chef Debbi Dubbs step-by-step techniques you will be ready to prepare your holiday appetizers within fifteen minutes.  Discover how to 'create' appetizers with items found in your pantry or refrigerator.  Menu:  Fontina & Tomato Tart; Spinach Cheese Swirls; Do-Ahead Mini Quiches; Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Twists; Individual Shepherds Pies; and Chocolate Raspberry Straws
