Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.  Class will begin promptly at the scheduled start time.

A good sacue can elevate a simple dish to great heights.  Too often, people are afraid of making sauces.  Chefs Mick and Barbara will show you the techniques and tricks to making a great sauce everytime.  Sauces will be accompanied by grilled steak and veggies for you to enjoy in class.
