Please arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.  Class will begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
Learn to make the classic Spanish rice dish that is easy enough to make on a Friday night and elegant enough to serve at any dinner party.  Start with blank palette of rice and onions and you create your own signature paella with a paella pantry stocked with fresh seafood, meats, vegetables and herbs.  In addition to the paella, we will also make some tapas (small plates) to enjoy with the paella.
