REIMAGINING THE DETAILS

No matter how fresh the eggs or fine the flour, if your oven does not heat evenly or maintain the proper temperature, the results will not live up to your expectations. The Renaissance Wall Oven features the patented RapidHeat™ Bake Element that sits beneath glass to ensure even baking, fast pre-heating, and accurate temperature control. Safely protected from spills and drips, the glass covering makes for trouble-free cleanup and provides more baking space within the oven cell.

The Renaissance Wall Oven operates like six individual ovens with a combination of cooking modes including Bake, Broil, Convection Bake, Convection Broil, Convection Roast and Pure Convection™ that turn the joy of cooking into the ultimate pleasure. The multiple convection options create more even heating throughout the oven cell by using a fan to circulate the hot air generated by the heating elements, thus balancing the hot and cold spots in the oven.  As a result, food retains moisture, cooks, and browns more evenly in a shorter period, usually at lower temperatures, saving energy.

The exclusive Pure Convection™ technology helps create uniform temperatures on every level of the oven cell with a third heating element behind the fan and a unique filter, which allows you to cook multiple items at the same without the worry of flavor transfer. Now every entree and hors d'oevours – even the baked brie and stuffed mushrooms with bacon and the oven steamed mussels with lime ginger butter – can cook in the oven at the same time without the fear of one item tasting like the other.

A digital meat probe takes the guesswork out of when the turkey or roast is ready and with a Proof mode available in the bottom cell of the double oven, making breads is more convenient than ever before.
