The new Epicure® Outdoor Grills by Dacor offer the perfect combination of innovative technology and design to transform any backyard area into an inspirational space perfect for entertaining family and friends with features that will let you test the limits of your culinary repertoire.
Available in 52” and 36” widths for built-in installations or freestanding with a matching grill cart, these grills offer powerful performance and precision control in a sleekly designed stainless steel casing. Each model can be easily custom built into a patio to complete your outdoor kitchen or attached to a grill cart for unrestricted outdoor entertaining.
With a bright halogen light that illuminates the cooking surface, the barbecue can go on for hours, long after the sun goes down.
Adding both increased safety and aesthetic appeal, the grills feature Dacor’s exclusive Illumina™ Burner Controls that glow in the brand’s signature “flame-blue” when a burner is in the on position and Perma-Flame™ technology that automatically reignites the burner flame in the event that it goes out unexpectedly.
An optional infrared ceramic sear burner conveniently placed inside the firebox, gives you the freedom to prepare just about anything your taste buds desire. The burner offers high intensity cooking for a perfect sear, so each steak or piece of delicate fish is prepared exactly the way you intended.
Three U-shaped stainless steel burners operate at 20,000 BTUs on grills without the ceramic sear burner, for unmatched power. Grill models that include the ceramic burner include two high-output U-shaped stainless steel burners.

The Epicure 24” Outdoor Refrigerator is an extension of Dacor’s long-standing line of high-performing outdoor grills and adds both convenience and style to outdoor living spaces. Designed to fit neatly under any counter in an outdoor patio or kitchen layout, the unit stands at 33” tall and 24” wide, will easily slide into a standard cabinetry openings.
Boasting full refrigeration capabilities, the appliance can store milk and fresh food in addition to beverages with a charcoal filter that removes unwanted odors, keeping contents pure, so you don’t have to run into the house to get the extra pack of hamburgers or worry about the cheese tasting like the onions.
Built to withstand ambient temperatures from 50 degrees to 109 degrees Fahrenheit, the refrigerator has an innovative digital electronic control panel that allows for the easy adjustment of the interior temperature or child safety-lock with just the simple touch of a button. Quiet storage is guaranteed due to the robust vibration-free compressor.

Additionally, the Indoor/Outdoor Warming Drawer with safely concealed controls and a four-hour timer promises to keep grilled items sizzling until ready to serve, provides a gentle heat ranging from 100 degrees to 200 degrees, and can also keep poolside towels warm.
