Design Studio: You Are Invited to Experience the Details of CookingYOU ARE INVITED TO EXPERIENCE THE DETAILS OF COOKING

This fall, Dacor will co-host a series of exclusive cocktail parties and cooking demonstrations at Dacor Culinary & Design Centers in San Francisco and Chicago with two of the industry’s leading magazines. 

Both of the free events will offer consumers and designers, who are passionate about the details of cooking, the chance to experience Dacor products up close and personal as well as the opportunity to get ideas and design inspiration for their upcoming kitchen projects.  Dacor product experts will be on hand to answer all questions while guests are enjoying a combination of appetizing hors d’ oeuvres and cocktails prepared by prominent area chefs.

All guests will receive a gift bag featuring a selection of culinary items from Dacor and participating publications along with the chance to win a seven-piece cookware set: the Dacor Signature Gourmet Cookware Collection.  Select guests will receive The Simple Art of Convection Cooking, a hardcover cookbook that demystifies convection cooking, with easy-to-follow recipes for more than 90 family favorites that have been modified for convection ovens.

Explore the modern kitchen with Metropolitan Home and Dacor as Chef Massimo Gaffo dazzles guests with an interactive cooking demonstration and a selection of mouth-watering treats from a specialty menu. Chef Gaffo will share some of his culinary secrets for healthier cooking and will prepare one his favorite dishes.

Fine Cooking and Dacor present 9-Time World Pizza Champion, Chef Tony Gemignani, who has been seen on the Food Network and The Rachel Ray Show. Chef Gemignani will astonish guests with his acrobatic pizza-tossing techniques and tempt palates with a variety of pizzas from his menu at Pyzano’s Pizzeria. Chef Pamela Keith of Cuisine Style also will provide a sampling of delicious appetizers.
