Dacor, a leader in the design, manufacture, and distribution of high-end kitchen appliances, today announced the availability of the new Signature Gourmet Cookware Collection featuring "Hot Dots" for improved cooking. The aluminum "Hot Dots" appear as small, circular indentations on the cookware's stainless steel bottom. The dots are a new feature offered only from Dacor.
