Dacor now offers a unique solution to help diagnose and resolve technical issues for your warranty-covered appliances with Dacor Distinctive Service (DDS), a streamlined approach to customer service.  Since its inception, DDS has proven to successfully resolve 20 percent of all reported use and care issues over the phone and corrected 75 percent of issues with only one in-home service call. 

Innovatively designed to eliminate unnecessary service calls to the home, DDS also increases technical service efficiency by 50% because telephone wait time is cut in half.  Our goals are to save you time and money and to resolve your issue on our first call.

If you have an issue with your Dacor appliance, and the appliance is within the Dacor warranty period, simply call Dacor Distinctive Service at 877-337-3226. Or visit www.dacor.com/DDS to complete and submit the convenient online form to the DDS Technical Service team. 

Trained Dacor Technical Service Representatives are available to talk you through a few simple steps that will help determine the cause of your issue and ease your frustration.  If the initial diagnostic test indicates that replacement parts are needed, Dacor will order and ship the parts directly to your local authorized Dacor servicer.  When the servicer receives your replacement part, they will contact you directly to schedule an appointment, resolving the issue in one quick visit.

Dacor values each customer.  This new service program is designed to give you peace of mind that if there is ever a problem, it will be resolved.
