Bring the Distinctive^TM Cooktop Home for the Holidays

The Cooktop's SimmerSear^TM Burner with melting feature allows superior precision and control for the home chef with the option to simmer, sear or sauté at ultra-high or ultra-low temperatures (up to 18,000 BTUs). Generally found on Dacor's higher-end cooktops, the SimmerSear^TM feature is now included in the Distinctive Cooktop, while keeping the model in a more affordable price range.

The die-cast ergonomic angled controls are designed for ease of use, while the Perma-Flame^TM instant re-ignition feature automatically re-lights a burner immediately if it goes out, ensuring contiuous heating and a nearly effortless cooking process.

Additionally, the industry-leading Continuous Platform Grates provide an optimum cooking surface for larger pots and allow you to cook with multiple pans side-by-side, ensuring that all of your dishes simmer along and are ready when guests arrive.
