In the DCM, the turntable is metal, which can conduct energy and is the culprit of burning popcorn. Place a 9-10” glass pie dish (must be microwave safe. Check manufacturer’s recommendation), turned upside down in the center of the turntable, and place the popcorn on top. Please reference your Use & Care manual.
