Answer:
There is too much coffee put in the ground coffee chute. Reduce the amount (there should be only 1 to 1 1/4 scoops in the chute). If the ground coffee chute is not being used, the grind time may be programmed incorrectly. Shorten the grind time to the default setting following the instructions in the Use and Care Manual.
