The Epicure 36" Gas Range is the ideal centerpiece for your family kitchen - with attractive features like our IlluminaTM Burner Controls that glow Dacor's signature flame-blue when the burners are on for style and safety. Meticulous gourmets will appreciate the SimmerSearTM Burners for the super-specific simmer, sear or sauté at ultra-low or ultra-high temps. This is the only premium gas range that offers greater cooking flexibility using multiple burner configurations to cook different foods at different BTUs and in various sized pots and pans, all at the same time. Dacor's Three-Part Convection System with fan, air baffle and convection filter ensures precise oven temperature control, superior heat distribution and zero flavor transfer.

Comes with an oversized Pizza Peel made of wood for easy lifting and handling of oversized crust.

Dacor's Signature Gourmet Cookware is truly innovative. This state-of-the-art cookware set goes beyond the ordinary with five metal layers: T304 stainless steel, aluminum, aluminum alloy, more aluminum, and more 18/10 stainless Steel. The "Hot Dots" technology adds a thick (3.5mm) aluminum disk which is impact bonded to the base of the five-ply body under hundreds of thousands of pounds of pressure. The "Hot Dots" partially expose the aluminum disk in the form of holes, or "dots", which allow the flame direct contact with the aluminum. As a result, heat conductivity is facilitated quicker (on average, 15% faster than pots considered best in the world at this feature), not just at the base but throughout the entire pan.
