Dacor's Signature Gourmet Cookware is truly innovative. This state-of-the-art cookware set goes beyond the ordinary with five metal layers: T304 stainless steel, aluminum, aluminum alloy, more aluminum, and more 18/10 stainless Steel. The "Hot Dots" technology adds a thick (3.5mm) aluminum disk which is impact bonded to the base of the five-ply body under hundreds of thousands of pounds of pressure.
