beautiful fridge We love the square edges, and the finish is excellent. We've had no problems keeping the shine on. Love the inside filtered water and ice maker. We keep the temperature at 38 degrees and everything stays nice and cool. Talk about a quiet fridge! Our family room runs through to the kitchen and when the compressor starts you hardly notice it. What I'm really impressed about is the vegetable crisper. We love fresh veggies, and the lettuce and other greens stay fabulously crisp once you hydrate them. Way better than any other fridge we've ever owned. We love it! May 2, 2013
The sleek design looks great. I purchased the Dacor when I renovated my kitchen. I upgraded all my appliances to what I thought were high end appliances. (I also have the Dacor 48" dual fuel range.) While the overall performance is great and it looks very sleek I am somewhat disappointed. The pull out shelf cover broke off. The plastic pieces snapped off. Also, the finish does not hold up. My son closed the refrigerator with his hand and now I have a permament hand print on the door. I used the Dacor stainless steel cleaner but it did not work. I am at a loss as to why this happened. In conclusion, the appliance was pricey and I am not sure it is worth it compared to other brands. February 27, 2013
