Maybe we got a "Lemon" ????????? This oven has many features... unfortunately we have had nothing but problems with it... a shorted out circuit board #2 months out of warranty#...major $$ to repair... and more recently... the oven shuts off due to a cooling fan error code!! Oven looks great... works poorly...stay away from this one!! January 19, 2013
Cook with convection simply and easily with the Dacor Guide. Love baking multiple racks of cookies, especially during the holidays, using Pure Convection. I would never have tried this baking mode if it hadn't been for the Dacor Guide. A few simple button touches and I knew what racks to put the cookies on, what mode to use and how long to bake for. I also use the Dacor Guide for my Turkey at Thanksgiving and it comes out perfect - no basting and faster than conventional roasting when I use convection! October 16, 2012
