OFFICIAL DACOR SWEEPSTAKES RULES
Sweepstakes is valid within the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico) and Canada. Void where prohibited. Do not proceed to enter this Sweepstakes if you are not at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of, and located within, one of the 50 United States (excluding Puerto Rico) or Canada at the time of entry.

Dacor Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") begins August 23, 2012, and ends September 23, 2012. Twitter Re-tweet and/or Facebook Form Page must be completed by 11:59 p.m., P.T. on September 23, 2012. Entries become the property of Dacor, 14425 Clark Avenue, City of Industry, California, 91745 ("Sponsor") and will not be acknowledged.
ENTRY: To enter, go to http://www.dacor.com/The-Choice-is-Yours-Sweepstakes and follow the "Using Twitter" and/or "Using Facebook" instructions. The Sweepstakes requires entrants to 'Tweet' the official Dacor Sweepstakes message and/or complete the official Sweepstakes form on Facebook. A total of 2 entries (1 from Twitter and 1 from Facebook) from 1 person will be accepted. Entry submissions on both Twitter and Facebook are not required to win.
Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to request additional information from entrants, and to disqualify any entrant whose participation may subject the Sweepstakes or Sponsor to controversy or negative publicity. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal U.S. and Canadian residents, 18 years or older, including employees of the Sponsor and any other organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Sweepstakes and/or their respective agents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or persons residing at the same address.
LIMIT: One entry per person with a valid email address. Any attempt to enter the sweepstakes more than once by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins, or any other methods may result in disqualification at Dacor's sole discretion.
JUDGING: On or about October 8, 2012, a winner will be selected at random electronically. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected. Potential winner will be notified and prize delivered approximately thirty (30) days from date of winner verification. Decision is final and binding in all respects.
PRIZING: One (1) grand prize winner will receive their choice of one (1) of the following appliances: a Distinctive 30" Double Wall Oven (DO230S - approximate retail value $3,499), a Distinctive 30" Dual-Fuel Range (DR30D - approximate retail value $3,649), a Renaissance 36" French Door Refrigerator with Ice and Water Dispenser and Epicure Style door handles (EF36IWFSS with AFE36H3LCH - approximate retail value $3,798), a Renaissance 24" Dishwasher with Epicure Style door handle (RDW24S with ADWE24HCH - approximate retail value $1,808), a Renaissance 30" Millennia Wall Hood (MH3018S - approximate retail value $1,289), or a Renaissance 30" Warming Drawer (MRWD30S - approximate retail value $1,489). Sponsor will determine all elements of prizing in their sole discretion. Prize may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the discretion of Sponsor. Prize is awarded "as is" with no warranty or guarantee expressed or implied by Sponsor. Sponsor disclaims all and any liability for the actual provision, quality or nature of any third party product or service accepted by the winner. The awarding of the prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules and agree that if winner fails to provide proof of identity, refuses to provide any required affidavit, is found to have violated the Official Rules or otherwise does not meet eligibility criteria, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner to be selected at random electronically. Entrants understand that Sponsor is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this sweepstakes and acceptance, possession and use of prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all respects.
PRIVACY: By entering and providing the required entry information, you acknowledge that the Sponsor may send you information, samples or special offers they believe may be of interest to you about Dacor appliances or other complementary goods offered by Sponsor. OTHER: Sponsor assumes no responsibility for entries they are unable to process due to network, hardware or other technical failures; or any other reason, or incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or lost entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole discretion to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, the operation of the web site or otherwise in violation of these Official Rules. Sponsor further reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or modify this promotion if not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, technical corruption, non-authorized human intervention, force majeure, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select winner from among all eligible entries received prior to date of cancellation. The use of automated entry systems or any other conduct that impedes the integrity of the sweepstakes is prohibited. In the event of a dispute regarding online entry, entry will be deemed made by the holder of an established e-mail account associated with the entry.
RELEASES: Entrants authorize the Sponsor to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence in promotional material and for advertising, public relations and editorial purposes worldwide, in perpetuity, or on a winners' list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above-mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation.
By participating and winning a prize, winner releases Sponsor and their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability with respect to the prize won and participation in the Sweepstakes. Subject to all U. S. federal, state and local laws and regulations. Taxes for the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Shipping is sole responsibility of the Sponsor. Grand prize winner will be issued an IRS 1099 tax form in the amount of the prize value. Void where prohibited.
