Terms and Conditions (California Wildfire Relief from June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2028):
• The Promotional Period for this event is June 1, 2025 to December 31, 2028 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time, where delivery must be taken by June 30, 2029, through participating Dacor dealers only.
- Submissions must be made by July 31, 2029 at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time. Submissions made after this date will not be accepted.
• Purchase any Eligible Dacor Appliance during the Promotional Period and receive a rebate based off the purchase price. Accessories are not eligible products for this promotion.
• Discount applies to product price only, and shall not apply to any taxes, fees, or other costs. For complete offer terms, visit dacorrebates.com.
• Customers will enter their rebate and include with their invoice a copy of their valid insurance claim or valid FEMA claim. Customer’s home address and address on valid insurance claim or valid FEMA claim must coincide.
• Valid only for purchases by an end user customer within the following California counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, San Luis Obispo, Ventura, and Kern. 18 years or older only.
• End Consumers claiming Rebates must submit (a) a Reward Redemption Form, and (b) a copy of a valid invoice or sales receipt from retail dealer showing purchase of Eligible Appliances.
- Handwritten invoices or sales history receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Rebate is non-transferrable.
- Redemption form must include a valid mailing address.
- Incomplete or illegible Rebate Redemption Forms will not be accepted.
• This offer is valid only for new, boxed units; display, used, open-box and refurbished units do not qualify.
• Rebate submissions are subject to purchase validation.
• Eligible appliances may not be returned after the rebate has been fulfilled.
• Dacor shall not be responsible for lost, misdirected, mutilated, or stolen rebate submissions, or for those received after the deadline.
• Dacor reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify eligibility.
• This offer may only be combined with the Dacor 5-10-20™ promotional program.
The end consumer is solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable federal, state and local taxes.
By participating in this Dacor rebate, each End Consumer agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any Rebates awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective.
Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will End Consumer be permitted to obtain awards for, and End Consumer hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than End Consumer’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with receipt of the Rebate), and End Consumer further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
