• Purchase a qualifying Dacor cooking product or refrigerator using a Dacor Kitchen Theater quote and receive up to $1000 back.

• Receive $500 mail-in rebate for purchases of $10,000-$14,999

• Receive $750 mail-in rebate for purchases of $15,000-$19,999

• Receive $1,000 mail-in rebate for purchases of $20,000+.

• Eligible Dacor appliances must be purchased during the Promotional Period.

• A maximum of one claim per person and per household address may be submitted. A maximum of two of the same model number may be redeemed per claim.

• This Promotion is offered through participating Dacor Kitchen Theaters only & Standard warranty applies.

• End Consumers claiming Rebates must submit (a) a Reward Redemption Form, and (b) a copy of Dacor Kitchen Theater quote with REWARD code (c) a copy of a valid invoice or sales receipt from an authorized Dacor dealer showing purchase of Eligible Appliances.

• Handwritten invoices or sales history receipts will not be accepted as proof of purchase. Rebate is non-transferrable.

• Redemption form must include a valid mailing address.

• End Consumer must take delivery of Eligible Appliances no later than November 30th, 2025 & submit their rebate claim by December 31st, 2025 in order to qualify for the promotion.

• Submissions submitted after December 31st 2025 will not be accepted.

• Incomplete or illegible Rebate Redemption Forms will not be accepted.

• This offer does not apply to display, used, refurbished, or non-boxed units.

• All Rebate Redemption Form submissions are subject to purchase validation.

• If an Eligible Appliance is returned and this return lowers the purchase value to below the required amount, cash rebate will be forfeited.

• Eligible Appliances may not be returned once the Rebate has been fulfilled.

• Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.

• Dacor is not responsible for claims arising from lost, misdirected, mutilated, or stolen Rebate Redemption Forms, nor for Rebate Redemption Forms that are received late.

• Dacor reserves the right to request additional information regarding purchase of Eligible Appliances

• Dacor reserves the right, if terms and conditions are not met, to reject claims that do not comply with these offer terms.

• Offer may be combined with Dacor 5-10-20 promotional program.

• End Consumer is responsible for determining, recording, and paying all federal, state, and local taxes related to Rebate.

• By participating in the Dacor “Kitchen Theater Event”, each End Consumer agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, or any Rebates awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively by arbitration pursuant to the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, then effective.

• Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will End Consumer be permitted to obtain awards for, and End Consumer hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than End Consumer’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with receipt of the Rebate), and End Consumer further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
